Actress Mena Suvari married Italian producer Simone Sestito yesterday in the Vatican City. Mena has been in many movies some are American Beauty, American Pie and Rumor Has It. The couple has been engaged since 2008.  This is the second marriage for 31-year-old Mena and the first for groom Simone, who at 25 is somewhat younger than his bride.

A prenuptial agreement is a legal document that outlines which belongings including investments, business assets, or family inheritances (to name a few) go to whom if the marriage fails.  Basically saying if the marriage fails, what you owned before the marriage to returned to you. Nobody likes to think of their marriage falling apart, but sometimes it does.  Having a prenuptial agreement in place may help you protect your personal possessions.  These agreements are more popular then you can imagine.  Perhaps its because couples are getting married later in life and with that in mind have more personal belongings and investments that they may want protected.  Some individuals are totally against prenups, others think of it as a safeguard to cover all possibilities.  What do you think?
